Thank you for shopping with VLIZ. We currently ship within the United States only. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process, timeframes, and local delivery options.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on your location and product type. Free shipping for orders over $75.
3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at vlizzzusa@gmail.com.
4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Fragile items, diffusers, or pet furniture may ship separately or require extra packaging.

Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or address entry errors.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. If unresolved, contact us within 5 business days.
7. Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or partial refund if eligible.
8. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Items marked as pre-order or backorder will ship once back in stock. Estimated delivery windows are noted on the product page.
